Please remember, all faculty/staff members and volunteers who work with students in any capacity at Our Lady’s Academy are required to complete the VIRTUS® Program – Protecting God’s Children for Adults. This includes, but is not limited to, PTO volunteers, field trip chaperones, coaches, and club advisors.

How to Register for VIRTUS

GO to Virtus Online
Click “FIRST TIME REGISTRANT.”
Click “Begin the Registration Process.”
From the pull-down menu, select “Boston, MA (Archdiocese)” ONLY.
Create a username and password and click “Continue.”
Complete the required contact information.
Under “Location,” select Our Lady’s Academy, Waltham, MA.
When the roles appear, select your primary role and click “Continue.”
Answer the four questions on the next page and click “Continue.”
When asked, “Have you already attended a session?” select “NO.”
On the next page, select the session titled “Protecting God’s Children for Adults” ONLY.
Confirm your registration. Your registration is then complete.
